These guys were honestly so awesome! I normally dread going to a mechanic shop and having people tell me things that I don’t understand and telling me what I HAVE to fix on my car. But these people were so different! I had a wonderful experience! Their assessment system is so open! They provided as much upfront information as possible and then let me decide what I wanted to fix or save for later so that I could budget it into my plans. They definitely earned my loyalty! Great option for students especially! And they worked seamlessly with out of state parents! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The woman I spoke to on the phone was friendly and accommodating. The service to replace our alternator and battery was fast and professional, and they were willing to work with us on price given an emergency situation and a tight budget. I would gladly recommend Computune to anyone looking for amazing service in Provo.

Very friendly staff, gave me helpful information about a part that would give me repeated problems in the future because of the make of car - now I know more than I did before! They were super helpful in making sure I understood all the issues that needed to be resolved, but I didn’t feel pressure to get them all done right away (because I was on a tight budget). Got done what needed to immediately, and let me know what I should look out for in the future! Also, super amazing deal for oil change; with a coupon I got in the mail, it was the cheapest oil change I could find!

I’ve been taking my cars to Computune for years and they’ve been doing a great job. Plus it’s always nice to come in and talk to Corey and Craig about project vehicles or whatever else. It’s no surprise when I found that my recently purchased Tacoma‘s frame was rusting from the inside that Craig did a great job cleaning it up. The times I went in and talked to Craig, while the work was being done, he was busy cutting custom fit pieces and making everything look great instead of just throwing some steel plates on and calling it good. He also took the extra time to clean up some squeaks in my back bumper setup free of charge.

I received Very kind, flexible, and accommodating customer service from this facility. And Emily and I shared pleasant chit chat, as well :) Also, their prices are very reasonable, fair, and competitive! And they seem to do really thorough and comprehensive work — which I gather based on how detailed and in-depth my 48-point vehicle inspection was, that even provided me with very helpful photos that I could refer to for greater context!!

I am so grateful Computune was able to look at and diagnose my trucks issues immediately upon arrival. I was traveling across the country with three big dogs and a busted radiator. They were extremely accommodating with my dogs and I. The radiator was ordered that evening, arrived early the next morning and was replaced that afternoon. I was back on the road in less than 24 hours. I am very impressed with the quality of work done. And it cost me about a hundred dollars less than I was quoted. If I lived within a hundred miles, Computune would be where I would take all of my vehicles. I made it home to TX safely with my truck performing better overall than before it's journey from WA began. Thank y'all so much!

I took my Chevy Cruze diesel with an unknown issue I’d been battling for months. They fixed it quickly at a great price after every other shop near by charged me a diag fee and then couldn’t even tell me what was wrong. 10/10 RECCOMEND

Amazing shop! They got me in same day and preformed a quick oil change and tire rotation. Cory and Lynn were very friendly and helped get my Mazda set up right in no time at all.
